Vanilla grown and handled with care at origin
Farm-to-customer traceability
Direct control from farm to production and sales
Quality checks across every batch
Quality begins at the farm. Because our vanilla comes from our own land in Madagascar, we are able to control the process from cultivation and curing through to grading, packing, production and customer delivery.
Our goal is not simply to sell vanilla. Our goal is to build a trusted, controlled and transparent vanilla business that customers can rely on.
Our vanilla is supported by internal quality controls, batch traceability and food safety processes within the wider Sadaharitha operation. Where certification applies to a specific batch, product or facility, verified documentation can be provided on request. As our product range expands, we will update customers with the correct certification details for each product and production stage.
Our batch records are designed to support traceability from farm and curing lot through to packing, production, export and customer delivery.
This traceability protects the customer, protects the brand, and gives buyers confidence that our products are genuine and controlled.
Traditional curing is a key part of vanilla quality. Each batch must be handled carefully to develop aroma, texture and flavour.
We maintain records around harvest, curing, grading, packing and batch identification so quality can be monitored and improved over time.
As the product range expands, we will use appropriate testing such as moisture, microbiology, vanillin level, shelf-life and product stability checks.
Packaging will be selected for food safety, product protection and quality preservation, including vacuum packs for pods and suitable food-safe jars or bottles for paste, caviar, powder and extract.
Quality is maintained across every stage:
