This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how Sadaharitha UK Ltd handles delivery, returns, cancellations, refunds, damaged items and faulty items.

2. Delivery area

 

We currently ship retail orders within the United Kingdom.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, additional delivery charges, customs duties, taxes, import rules and delivery times may apply. These will be the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

 

3. Delivery partner

 

We currently use Royal Mail for UK deliveries.

As the business grows, we may also use other couriers, warehouse partners or fulfilment providers to store, pack and deliver orders.

 

4. Processing and dispatch times

 

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days after payment has been received.

During busy periods, public holidays, product launches or unexpected delays, dispatch may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will try to contact you using the details provided with your order.

 

5. Delivery times

 

Estimated delivery times will depend on the delivery service selected at checkout.

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service is specifically selected and paid for.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, couriers, postal disruption, weather, incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts, customs checks or events outside our control.

 

6. Delivery charges and free delivery

 

Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

For retail orders placed through the website, we do not currently require a minimum order value.

To encourage larger orders, we may offer free UK standard delivery above a certain order value. Our current free UK standard delivery threshold is orders over £40, unless stated otherwise on the website or at checkout.

Orders below the free delivery threshold will be charged delivery at the rate shown at checkout.

7. Correct delivery information

 

Please make sure your delivery address, email address and phone number are correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for failed, delayed or lost deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or delivery was not accepted, we may charge the customer for resending the parcel.

 

8. Missed deliveries and uncollected parcels

 

If Royal Mail or a courier attempts delivery and you are not available, they may leave a delivery card, attempt redelivery or take the parcel to a collection point.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions and collect or rearrange delivery where required.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or delivery could not be completed, we may refund the cost of the products after receiving the parcel back, but original delivery charges may not be refunded unless required by law.

We aim to pack orders securely and appropriately so that they arrive safely and remain suitable for use.

Please follow the storage instructions shown on the product page, product label or packaging. Once delivered, products should be stored correctly and kept sealed when not in use.

 

12. Natural product variation

 

Vanilla is a natural agricultural product. This means there may be natural differences between batches, including appearance, size, aroma, colour, moisture level, texture, seed content and shape.

These natural variations do not usually mean the product is faulty.

 

13. Allergens and cross-contact

If a product contains any of the UK 14 major allergens, this should be stated on the product page, label or packaging where required.

Although we take care with our products, we cannot guarantee that all products are free from traces of allergens unless this is clearly stated for a specific product or batch.

14. Your right to cancel an online order

 

If you are a UK consumer and you buy from us online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
